I purchased a HURVBTR30 vibration plate 2 years ago, and used it for about 2 months. Then I took it to my office (from home) plugged it in… and it will not work. The digital lights work and program selection… but when I press start - nothing happens. I have tried with the remote & manually on the machine. I have tried unplugging & restarting… still nothing happens. I read something about a fuse… but cannot find where, what kind, or how to replace. I still have the original packing box with all the foam and manual. Can you help?

There are 9 pre programmed modes. Easy to access but no description of what the do are what they are designed for. Competitor products clearly explain (example P3 is for arthritis and will do level 25 for 2 min, level 40 for 2 min, etc.). You link below is the same manual that comes with the product. There is no information. What are the options for the pre programmed modes?

How can I get a replacement remote for this model? I called the 800 number and eventually sent an email to Jason Cajigal at jasonc@pyleusa.com after talking with him in early March. I sent Jason the original information in early March, I followed again in Mid March. I still don't have any information. I just want to get the replacement remote. It does not seem that hard. I am easy to find, my cell is 443-370-3463, my email is grviolett@yahoo.com. I can pay for the remote if someone would just give me a details. It is really aggravating to be ignored on a minor matter. I just called several times to the 800 number and people are hanging up on me after I waited on line twice in a row for over 15 minutes. That is even more aggravating. People are clearly hanging up on purpose.

My machine won’t work, power is on and remote has new batteries. Just got it from Groupon and can’t return. What other options exist. I heard it could be a fuse based on your troubleshooting site. Is that easy to replace and are there instructions

Is the HURVBTR30 approved by UL? What electrical approval does it have?
The unit may not have the UL logo on it but Pyle has its own testing facility and the unit has passed its quality control prior to marketing
