CORRECTION/UPDATING/REVIEWING PERSONAL INFORMATION

Customers may change or review their stored account information such as street address or e-mail address through our website by visiting our Help section. You must have your username and password in order to access your account. In the event you forget both your username and password, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

 

Gifts & Promotional Items

  • Gifts and promotional items are limited-quantity and offered while supplies last.
  • No rain checks or backorders will be issued.
  • We may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.
  • Gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Rebates

  • Rebates are while supplies last and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Eligibility may require product registration and submission of specified documentation within the stated time window; late or incomplete submissions are invalid.
  • Rebates are issued by the listed issuer only and are limited to one per household unless otherwise stated.
  • Taxes, shipping, and installation charges do not qualify toward rebate amounts unless explicitly stated.

Definition of "Lifetime" Warranty

  • For the purposes of these Terms, "lifetime" is defined as a period of three (3) years from the original purchase date.
  • Coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.
  • The warranty is provided to the original purchaser only, requires proof of purchase, and is non-transferable.
  • Exclusions: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; consumables; damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modification/repair, racing/competition use, or use inconsistent with the product’s instructions; damage from external factors (e.g., weather, shipping).
  • Remedy: at our option, repair, replacement with a comparable item, or refund of the purchase price less reasonable depreciation.
  • Limitation: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages; implied warranties, if any, are limited to the same three-year period.

General

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
  • Availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without notice.
  • Void where prohibited.
