QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Power Strip Surge Protector PCO850 New out of the box, the power switch does not turn off? Constant power with switch up or down. I sent a email with reference 620752, however no reply. Can some one send a replacement switch? I do not think it would be hard to swap out.

Is it okay to plug this unit into an extension cord for an extended period of time?
As long as it is a sturdy extension cord Yes it can be plugged for an extended period of time.

My new PCO850 won't bolt into 1U. I had to use 2U to get 4 screws to line up. Do you have a fix. Will I void warranty if I enlarge the holes to line up for 1U. I'm very dissapointed with this problem.
as long as the unit is not opened up it is fine
