THIS PDA4BU THAT I BOUGHT FROM YOU IS A PIECE OF BURNT-OUT GARBAGE!!! IT BURNED OUT FOR NO APPARENT REASON. I ONLY HAD ONE DEVICE CONNECTED AND WAS USING BLUE TOOTH. I WOULD SEND IT BACK TO YOU, SO YOU CAN GLOAT AND BRAG TO YOUR COMPANY ABOUT HOW GREAT YOUR SCAM IS WORKING BUT I ONLY BOUGHT IT FOR $70. I DON'T KNOW WHY I THOUGHT IT WOULD LAST MORE THAN 60 DAYS. IF YOU HAVE ANY DECENCY IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY WOULD IMMEDIATLY SEND ME A REPLACEMENT PDA4BU OR AN UPGRADE THAT WON'T BURN OUT BECAUSE IT'S DEFECTIVE. I SHOULD'NT HAVE TO MAIL IT BACK TO YOU BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF POSTAGE. IF I COULD ATTATCH A COPY OF MY RECIEPT I WOULD BECAUSE I'M NOT A SCAMMER. THANKS FOR READING...

What should the EQ function be set to if I will be using a seperate equalizer and amplifier. The options are nor, pop, roc, jaz, cla, cut. Also some of those are easy to decipher the others not so much. Can you please explain what each one is. Thank you.
If you are going to use an external EQ. Bypass EQ from the PDA4BU

In follow-up to my issue with microphone inputs, I have used the mic inputs on the PDA6BU, and experienced no issues. It had other issues, and I returned it to get the PDA4BU. The 1st PDA4BU was the one I inquired about, but I returned it since I initially asked this question. The replacement PDA4BU mic input now hisses - high end noise. I am using a musical instrument, not a mic. Again, the PDA6BU had no issues.Any ideas now for that hiss on the mic input?
Please check instrument level and the tone levels as this can cause hiss on the signal

I just installed my PDA4BU, and I cannot make the microphone input work, with or without the talkover button pressed. I have also tried every alternative on the mode button, and every position of the input selector. Can you help me with that?
