I usually have 1 rca cable plugged into the line outputs my amps and they always work. Now it isn’t working and it’s in protect mode
If the unit is in protect mode. that means there is an issue with the output stage of the amp.

What is the thermal overload temperature of the Pyle PLA 2200? In other words: What is max operating temperature and preferred max operating temperature?
The overload temperature is actually not specified since it only happens if there is short detected or if the speaker impedance went below the required impedance.

This is my first time hooking up an amp and subwoofer. Have done a ton of reading, but still would like some reassurance if anyone doesnt mind. I would like to power a single 10" 4 ohm 650w/300w (max/rms) in a vented (side rectangle port) enclosure off one channel, and a pair of 6"x9" 4 ohm 650w/100w 5 way speakers that im using to replace my front door speakers. (Factory speakers being replaced are 4 ohm 6"x9") It looks like the built in crossover settings of this amp cover both channels, so im assuming i need to put the amp crossover at full range and then add a filter in front of the sub that only allows low frequencies? Is there a specific name for this filter? I think i read low pass filter but im afraid if i buy one it will block out low lol Can someome please confirm that my thinking is right or wrong? Also, im adding a 3 gang rocker and bass control dial to my dash. 1 rocker will be used for powering the amp on/off, the 2nd will be a spare, and 3rd is actually usb/type c charger ports with volt display. I read that because of the load, instead of going off the remote wire, i should tap into the wire for the cigg lighter/usb (only on w/acc or engine start) because the remote wire isnt supposed to have a load on it. So ill put a fuse and the rocker at the front that will control amp power. For the bass control im going to run a wire from the output of channel 2 (the sub) up to the front so it will feed out of the amp, up thru the dial control, and back down to speaker. Is that ok and should the control be before or after the filter? Thank you so much
Set it @ full Range then add a Low Pass Filter
To power the amp use a direct +12 to the positive terminal and Negative to the Chassie Ground. REM you can use a tougle switch supplied with a +12Volts
We don't have configuration for bass knobs
