When I plug in a usb drive, the error message not compatible is displayed. The usb drive works in my laptop. Is there some I need to do to make it work?
USB needs to be formatted to FAT32, USB max capacity is 32 GB

We just got our 10.5" headrest monitor yesterday. Tried to connect to Samsung Galaxy S10+ smartphone for our 2 year old to watch YouTube music videos. We got a Type C connector to HDMI cable. Almost got it to work, but need to know the secret combination of which buttons to press to get it to work!
