  • The microphone shown in the Quick Guide is not the same as the one on my unit....mine does not have the buttons shown for "siren, rec, and play". Is my unit microphone defective? and is there any better instruction book available than the quick guide?

    The Microphone of the PMP53IN doesn't really have the buttons for Siren, REC, and Play. and the quick guide is the only thing we have.

  • What 12v adapter would I need to power this megaphone?

    The PMP53IN is not designed to be powered by an AC adapter. The port that shows on the manual was for the AUX in to plug in a mobile device to play music.
