  • The dial for the minutes doesn’t move all the way around and once it stopped spinning I wanted to wash again so it could rinse and it doesn’t turn back on. What do I need to do or is the product defective?

    If the timer knob is not turning all the way around then there may be something wrong with the timer

  • The green earth wire - what do I connect this to and how? What's a "grounded object"? I thought all I would have to do is plug it in.

    You can attach the green wire to any metal Pipe or faucet or just disregard it if there is no place to tap.
