We purchased these set of speakers last week and are having a difficult time connecting or hardwiring the speakers to our television. The Bluetooth worked seamlessly with our cell phones to play music from our iPhones. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The reason we purchased these speakers (for our outdoor porch) is so that we can have our tv hooked up to the speakers always for good sound and to have the Bluetooth option as well.
One reason why it is not working on your TV is because it is not compatible. You may need to use a DIGITAL TO ANALOG CONVERTER. Please check the link:

It seems that something has come loose inside the non powered speaker. And the sound has gotten very muffled.
Please check for the warranty options of your unit.

We purchased these in August 2022 and they worked great. Now they power on but we can no longer pair to them.
Please check all paired devices. Make sure to disconnect all or choose to forget this device then try reconnecting
