Have the cables checked with a multimeter to see if they are good or bad? Otherwise, you would need to request a replacement

Do uou have replacement parts? I need a replacement handle since mine was damage when i picked it up

I use Karafun (karaoke), where should I connect a laptop sound source (USB or 1/4" line input-CH 5/6/7/8/)? Also, I am not a sound technician; I assume that the "monitor out" is NOT a video thru put (video from computer to tv monitor).
Use the 1/4" line input CH5/6 to connect your Karaoke machine.
Monitor out is not a Video Thru. -
can i add a small speaker either wired or bluetooth
the unit is designed for 2 speakers only. If you will add you can only add 1 per channel

The monitor output for this unit uses RCA Jacks
