      The unit uses a telescopic antenna. There is no option to upgrade the antenna

    • Hi, I am using Samsung optical audio out into Pyle PWMA4004BT OPT in. I have also connected LINE OUT using Co-ax cable (white and blue) into Bose LifeStyle receiver. The audio coming from Samsung audio coming through Pyle into Bose is very low and I have same issue when stream using iPhone Bluetooth through Pyle. Mics audio volume coming from Pyle into Bose are great. I need help with Bluethooth audio and Samsung audio.

      If you are connecting a TV via optical, you need to check the TV settings go to sound setting look for PCM then select Digital Optical audio output as your default audio source. Also, press the Optical coaxial button on the PWMA4004BT to select the right mode.

      Set the selector knob on the far right of the receiver to MP3/BT (OPTI/COAX). Once you have done that, press the mode button to select OPTICAL, and then you can check the TV audio settings and set digital out as the default output for sound. Once you have properly set it your TV sound should come through the speakers

I have a pair of speakon speakers, they need to be amplified and I was thinking if can i connect my speakers to this unit? the back of my speakOn speaker says that the signal amplified has to be between 300-500w. if this unit won't work for me, can you show me another options? thank you.

      Try to change the battery of the microphone as that could be the issue.

    • How do you change the presets on this PWMA4004BT? The manual isnt even close to telling me how. There is no tuner button or memory button as per the manual. I've tried many different ways and cant figure it out!

Once you have done that, press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station

    • Hi, I bought this Amp from Amazon. I connected my speakers to the first slot and they worked. When I tried to connect the second speaker to the next slot they not working. I connected both speakers to first and they working. Why?

      Check all the wiring connections made with the unit as well as all the wires used if there is any damage one.

      Try to use different speakers to see difference.

      It will say No Disc if there is no flash Drive or SD card inserted

    • Pwma4004BT i did connect samsung home speaker and test music very good sound but when I plug wire micro or Pyle wireless micro , it hava a noisy sound and micro not work too please help

      Try placing a new battery on the Microphones. If noise continue check warranty option
