re: 1st question = It was the connector from headstock to battery. I figured I'd try looking at that connection before anything else. I did think this connector was very loose fitting and so I placed masking tape to keep it from vibrating off again. re: 2nd question: I am getting used to the auto cruise control All is good. Thanks.

when I power it on fully charged it just beeps and 02 flashes and wont move when throttle is pressed - any idea what is causing that?

How do you disable the cruise control feature?
Cruise mode: Keep the current speed for 6 seconds to enter the cruise mode:
Exit the cruise mode when pressing accelerator again or brake. -
I cannot assemble the two handlebars. I'm trying to twist them in and neither fill fit. It doesn't matter if we try counter clockwise, clockwise the handlebar does not fit at all and won't get even one twist to take grip. Any ideas or something we're missing?
Assembling of the handles should be rotating in counterclockwise direction to install the two handles. Then verify that your scooter powers on and off.

Hello and greetings. I purchased two of these one for myself and one for my bride as we are OTR truck drivers and wanted to use these for site seeing while on down time. First one came on time second one was super late (Amazon purchase) once the package arrived it was half open and all the parts besides the two main components were missing and manual half torn. How can this even be an acceptable delivery in the first place makes no sense. I wasn't able to get Amazon to replace anything for me. With the partial refund I'm wanting to get the parts that were missing so we can broaden our adventures OTR outside of our tractor. Thanks in advance, Jason Neal
