QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
My slides are in plastic mounts measuring 50x50x3mm and do not fit in the slide holders. I bought the Pyle scanner to replace another make and had exactly the same problem. In you promotional pictures plastic mounted slides are shown. So I assumed the carriers would take these slides. Do you have any suggestions how I might be able to scan and digitalise my family photos?

My ACER laptop recognizes the film scanner scanner as my E drive (NO_NAME), but WIndows 10 Photo won't connect and download.. Is there an app I need to download so I can download the pics from the scanner internal storage into my Windows 10 Pictures?
Files are stored on an SD card. You can remove it from the Scanner and connect the SD card to your computer and copy and paste all files to your picture file.

The description did nt say any about the quantity of film stills per 50' roll
