    • Can you edit the FM presets ? I don’t listen to 30 stations. Some are just static signals found on the search function.

      It can only scan and search. 

    • Loud hiss from amplifier independent of input or volume control. Hiss cuts in and out. Is the amp faulty? It is unusable as-is.

    • How do I lock in a FM station on my pyleusa PDA29BU I have the manual but it doesn't seem to work.

      THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SCAN AND SAVE

      Press the mode button and look for FM.

      Press the Play/Pause button to let it automatically scan all the strong signals it can pick up.

      After having all station scanned and save, you can now search them by pressing the PREVIOUS and NEXT Buttons.

      There is no option for an external antenna as it uses a telescopic antenna

      Speakers and PDA29BU are both Bluetooth Receiver

    • Bought this receiver and the pdwr52btbk speakers the receiver will not engage the Bluetooth pairing function. Screen shows the word blue but I don’t know how to enter into that to pair with speakers

      Pairing the Speaker and the receiver is not possible as they are both receiver

    • It doesn't seem to operate on 12 volt power. Is #14 in the diagram for running the amp from 12 volt power? Have checked the input source with a multimeter, but the unit doesn't power on.

      Yes #14 is the DC 12V Port

    • Unit was purchased new in Feb and the blue tooth is no longer working, is there a way to reset it

      Check first to see if there are other devices that are still connected with the unit

      Make sure all devices are disconnecte to make the unit become available for pairing

    • Volume when using RCA very low. No volume issues with FM or BT. Any way to increase volume for RCA? Connected to a turntable.

      Using a turntable you will need to use a phono preamp that matches your turntable

      The amp is not equiped with phono preamp

      Antenna is fixand can not be unthreaded

      The PDA69BU seems to offer more connectivity options, including microphone and headphone outputs, and has a higher power output compared to the PDA29BU. It also supports a larger range of digital media file formats.

      The unit is designed for US standard voltage use. You might be needing a transformer for this unit is use outside the US.

    • what is improvement / difference between PDA29BU and PDA29BU.5

      The number at the end indicates when we make minor or major improvements externally or internally. This could mean an overhaul or modification of the design of a better circuit board. Sometimes the same factors that affect the costs also affect the prices. 

      Normally, we try to pass on savings to our clients when there is an upgrade that is less expensive than the previous generation. On the other hand, if it is more expensive or the unit might cost a little more but our objective is to provide the best product possible.

    • can i operate this product on 12 volts

      You can operate this product on 12 volts, as long as the current is at least 8.33 amps. However, you may need to use a fuse holder or a circuit breaker to protect the product from overcurrent.

    • How do you just choose a FM station to listen to? Does it only play ones it chooses? And your manual speaks of Play/Pause button but does not show it. As well as next/previous button but does not show it. If I can't choose a particular FM frequency without using presets, this thing is worthless.

      PRTPDA29BURC - Remote Replacement for PDA29BU

    • Sku: PDA29BU This has no function (or instructions on how) to connect from a mic to the front panel 1/4” port. No sound comes out of the unit. Speakers are connected properly as well. When cranking the volume all the way up you can hear the white noise - just nothing from the mic. The only modes are AUX, FM RADIO AND BT - no mode for the mic input on the front. Please advise.
