QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
I sent an email from the wrong speaker page, this is the speakers I bought and they won’t pair with my receiver that is 4.1 Bluetooth.
It will not pair because they are both Bluetooth receivers

I purchased a set of PDWR42BBT speakers and am having the following issue when connecting. If I don’t hook up any speaker wires to the power unit, I can connect via Bluetooth. Once connected, I can hook up the second speaker and all is ok. If I disconnect Bluetooth, I have to unhook the speaker wires again to reconnect. The power unit does not have the blue light, nor can my phone find the device IF the speakers are left connected.
If you have encountered this issue please check your warranty options
