  • I sent an email from the wrong speaker page, this is the speakers I bought and they won’t pair with my receiver that is 4.1 Bluetooth.

    It will not pair because they are both Bluetooth receivers

  • I purchased a set of PDWR42BBT speakers and am having the following issue when connecting. If I don’t hook up any speaker wires to the power unit, I can connect via Bluetooth. Once connected, I can hook up the second speaker and all is ok. If I disconnect Bluetooth, I have to unhook the speaker wires again to reconnect. The power unit does not have the blue light, nor can my phone find the device IF the speakers are left connected.

I also tried my iPhone 12 and iPad, but they don’t detect Pyle network either. Your Q & A page refers to flashing blue lights during pairing, but I don’t see any lights on speakers. Any suggestions?

    Try to disconnect the passive speaker

    Try to disconnect the passive speaker and check if the speaker will be visible to your phone. If this works, it means there is a problem with the Bluetooth receiver

    If there is an issue with the item that you purchase please coordinate with the seller to request a replacement or an exchange. Connecting a passive speaker should not cut the audion of the active speaker.

    That should not happen. It should work even if the speaker wire is connected.

I just built a gazebo near my pool, and want to install the identical pair under the gazebo. the deck and gazebo are approximately 25 feet apart. I want the speakers to operate separately.     The speaker system does not have an internal battery, so it cannot be used without a power source.
