    The PDWR42WBT are a stand-alone system it is not compatible with SONOS

    The PDWR42WBT is water resist only as there are no seals on the AUX port Power port and speaker terminals. The speaker also has a front vent hole

  • When using through bluetooth the unit beeps every time a song changes and when adjusting the volume from my phone. Is there a way to turn this off?

    Please try to use a different device to connect with the speaker. There should be no beeps as the speaker's Bluetooth is just a receiver.

  • How long does it take to charge a unit and if the light is flashing blue...is it still charging?

    This unit is not rechargeable. Flashing Blue Light means it is ready for Bluetooth pairing

  • Hello, I purchased these speakers in 2021throug Amazon and they have been mounted outside ever since. Recently the volume on the speakers is maxed out at a low level. I have unpaired and repaired with my phone but that does not help. Even when I have the volume all the way up on my phone, the volume on the speakers is very low and hard to hear.   • I have one set of Bluetooth Pyle indoor/outdoor speakers working fine with Alexa. Tried to pair a second identical set, to work separately, but Alexa cannot find the second pair. You say they are stand alone so I hoped it would say Pyle or another name.

    It says Pyle as well, however you can change it to your device's Bluetooth setting.
