  • On the PLCM 4550, I understand that the mirror works like the OEM. How about at night? Is there a switch to dim the mirror? DO you have a product which automatically dims the mirror at night? Thank you.

    This actually has a dimming function. When night falls it automatically turns the dimming function on to eliminate glare of the rearward approaching vehicle

  • Why is the display so washed out? Even after adjusting the Brightness?

    If there are no changes after adjusting the brightness. Please check your product warranty to get a replacement

  • I bought the Plcm4550 package, only one side of it works what could be my problem?

    One side of the Monitor? Once the monitor is powered. the monitor will appear only on one side. the rest of the screen is the rearview mirror

  • We purchased 8 of these cameras for the national park service. 1 camera is 2 weeks old .It has water droplets in it. can I buy just the camera for the license plate.

  • Can you get replacement parts for this? I just had my windshield replaced and need the metal windshield attachment that holds the rearview onto window

    We do not have any replacement for the mounting hardware for the unit.

  • My display does not show any horizontal line to indicate where I should stop backing up. And the side lines are crooked ie do not line up with the curb.
