Hello I have installed 2 different Pyle-PLRMR23BTW radios on my boat, I replaced another radio and put this radio in the boat the first time I changed it after hooking up power and ground wires only nothing came on so I returned the radio and picked up the same exact radio and re installed it but this time I double checked that maybe I might have made a mistake but since my background is in electricity and previous was in car audio I checked the voltage which is giving 13.66 volts on constant and 13.67 on switched. Is there anything else I should be doing to get this model to power up?
Have you got the Yellow wire to a constant +12 volts, Red on ACC +12 volts switched and Black to ground? These three-wires needs to be properly wired to get the radio to turn on

Unit installed OK but there is no sound from the speakers. I am not a novice at this... All wiring triple checked. Wired harness to two front channel Bose waterproof 4 ohm speakers. All the channels and modes seem to respond and the display appears to be getting a signal from local FM stations. I Secured the two Rear channel wires so they are not touching anything. It appears that the output amp section inside this unit is dead on arrival. This is a PLMRMR23BTW - PO44521190600867. Can you replace this defective unit.
Double-check the RED and YELLOW Wire make sure that they are both getting a +12volts

SPA Installation: If I have only a RED, could I wired the Yellow and the Red together ? I Tried only with the Red and no powering up... Thanks !
Yes you can combine the yellow and red

I only have two speakers on my boat, is it a problem to leave the unused speaker outputs unterminated? Or if they need to be terminated, how to do so without adding additional speakers? If not a problem, is it best to used front or rear connections or is it irrelevant?
Just make sure the unused wires are secured and not touching any other wires

unit is not powering up. We are getting power through negative side and positive side when we wire it up.
To power up the PLRMR23BTW you need to have the Yellow wire to be connected to the 12 volts with constant power and the RED wire to the 12 volts Ignition switch and the BLACK wire is the ground wire or the negative.
