My PWMA335BT is not working by battery only used this feature once , how and where do I get this problem fixed

I really need to see how can I get this machine working... I just recently bought a charger and the it’s not keeping charge... I only used this twice!!! I’m trying to see if I can get some type of replacement. I bought this from Amazon!
