  • How do you reset this device. It is not charging.

    There is no reset for the unit charging device. You may try to use a different or compatible charging cable for your speaker.

  • I registered this product in February or March 2021. I went to charge it and when I plug the Micro USB cable into the boom box the light does not come on and will not charge. I tried 3 different cable and none work. This is all have have for entertainment. I dont own any other speakers, I dont even own a television. Please help me, I absolutely love this speaker and hope to buy more products from Pyle.

  • how do you get the fmradio to actually work and know what station you are on?? mine only switched between 2 stations and its very static ridden

    Since the unit has an internal built-in antenna for FM radio. You need to have the unit placed on a location where there is a strong radio signal then do a search by pressing the play pause button.

  • How do I turn the lights off

    It can't be turn off the light once it was powered on
