  • When I receive my speaker the box was damaged I opened it up and the speaker would not turn on so I removed front casing noticed that a few wires weren’t connected there is a long about 10 inch long thin red wire that’s disconnected and I have no clue where it goes it’s off the digital panel panel if somebody could send me an internalDiagram that would be great

  • PPHP1037UB I have never been able to get "line in" to be recognized. I have had the unit for several years and it is well past warranty. When I plug something in it just says "No Device". Where can I send it for repairs and is it worth the cost of repairs? Is there a workaround? Everything else works.

    Have you tried pressing the mode button to choose Line or AUX
