I have these speakers but can't get both to work together. When I plug the speaker wires into the main speaker the music goes away and will not start again until I remove the wires
It is a defect connecting the passive speaker should not interfere with the Bluetooth connectivity

The box says there are removeable grills?!?!?!? Is there a secret? I removed the two screws in the front below the grill on one thinking it would then allow the piece holding the grill to come off. I cannot get the piece to come off. I tried to pry with a screwdriver. But it would not come off. I don't want to damage the plastic frame holding the grill. Obviously I am missing something which should have been documented. Is there a secret handshake, wave of a magic want, three word code .... Please tell me how to I remove the grills?
