    Nothing has been mentioned about the fuse on the Cameras end

    That is for chassis ground connection. You can disregard the wire if you're not getting any trouble with the video connection.

  • I have the 7500 series monitor. It will not turn off unless I unplug the power supply, and I am unable to get any of the front buttons are working. WHY???

    Monitor always on may be a result of wrong wiring but the none functional buttons on front is an issue.
