It is ok to put this beauty on a ported enclosure?
Yes, the MAXP64 can be used in a ported (vented) enclosure. In fact, it often performs better in a properly tuned ported box because you’ll get more low-end output and efficiency compared to a sealed box. Just make sure the enclosure is correctly sized and tuned for the sub—if the box is too large or the port is poorly tuned, it can sound loose or distort at higher volumes.
How much volume does one speaker require ? (How big does the box need to be?)
