OUTSTANDING crepe pan!

"If you ever have to wonder how to measure how sturdy a pan is, simply think about it as an self-defense instrument. Who would survive? The pan or the assailant? If you had to think about it, its over. This pan is STURDY. Nice rivets, thick aluminum construction and a nice non-stick coating. Season the aluminum. Start slow. . . Slow temperature. Allow the aluminum to warm and expand. Don't crank it up, it will warp if you do. No matter what oan will warp if you do that. Crepes don't need a super hot pan anyway. Take it easy and enjoy!"

Sturdy pan & lead free, and free from the other pfoas

"First time user of this type of pan. I just made 7 perfect Crepe Dutch Pancakes. Not a single bit stuck to the pan. I kept the heat at a low to medium heat and they quickly cooked and slid right off the pan. I am so happy with this pan because it is not too heavy but heavy enough for nice even cooking. My husband said they were perfect! The pan is very sturdy with a solid handle and it's lead free, and free from the other pfoas, which is what I wanted. . I recommend getting this pan, it's huge!! which is a plus for me. I like what the company stands for and how they pay it forward."
