How do I turn up the volume if the volume on my phone is all the way up but i can't hear it on the speaker as loud?

Make sure the speaker’s own volume is turned up using the control knob or buttons on the PBMSPG3BK—phone volume alone won’t set the final output. Also check that the unit isn’t in a low-volume mode (like MIC priority or AUX/BT mismatch), and confirm the source volume on the speaker itself is high enough.

Why does the volume always extremely loud? Is there a way when you turn on the unit it starts very low?

The volume is set by default and cannot be adjusted.

When pressing the M button it only gives an option for Bluetooth pairing and then radio mode. How do I get the usb mode?
