    Disappointing Customer Service Experience

    "This was one of my son's SANTA presents. Bought it early. Went to put it together early and hide it. Thank goodness. Foot pedal was broken, not a huge deal, contact customer service with my receipt to get them to simply send a new foot pedal. We don't need the whole set again. They claim they don't have the parts to send us, that we have to take the whole drum apart, send it back to (not 's fault at all) and have them send us a new drum. Not only is that a HUGE pain, they are no longer in stock and wouldn't be delivered until FEBRUARY. that doesn't really work for Santa. Shame on you Pyle. Buy a different brand."

    "Great Toy drumset for Childrem 1-5 years old. Pay attention to tightening all Nuts before assessing the bass kick. Decent kids drum set meant more as a toy than anythin because it gets loose & flimsy and you have to keep tightening it so often. It also lacks so many other components of an actual drum set which is important for a child that's actually interested in becoming a drummer."
