    Horrible product, stay away

    "Horrible product. The heat is to high and burns the center and barely cooks the outside part. If you use oil. like it recommends it immediately cooked the batter in the bowl and I had to dig out the cooked parts out of the batter. It says to dip it in for 3 seconds and pull it out, well it either did not have any batter on it or it was so thin that you could clearly see through the crape. Which crapes are suppose to be thin but not see through thin. It makes a huge mess on the counter. I do not recommend this product. So much easier and less frustrating to make crapes on the stove in a pan. I will be returning this item tonight."

    Wrong construction material used

    "The base is made of a low melt thermoplastic, which failed to retain the burner plate while in use as the mounting screws for the metal plate melted through the plastic where it was attached. This is a horribly bad design due to the plastic used is incompatible with the intended purpose of the item."
