"I POSTED A REVIEW GIVING PyleUSA A RATING OF 1 STAR AND THAT WAS BECAUSE 0 WAS NOT AN OPTION. ---I wish to make things right--- With all the aggravation over the last 2 months trying to get a replacement for a broken "vacuum sealer" I mistakenly lumped MARY PANGILINAN (customer service rep) in with the whole system. I APPOLOGIZE to MARY as She has been the ONLY HUMAN to answer and reach out to me. I believe MARY is working as hard as possible trying to get my claim resolved. Reliable Vacuum Sealer for Home Use
