      No, connecting two 4-ohm speakers in parallel per channel would drop the load to 2 ohms, which this unit is not made to handle. It could overheat or get damaged.

      Make sure the REM of the amplifier is connected to the Remote Trigger of the Head unit which is the Blue Wire

    "Lasted about a year and then suddenly stopped working. Great unit with fast connectivity and good performance, but I expect something like this to last more than 12 months. Used it about 12 times in total as it is installed on my fishing boat that is covered completely during storage. Unit gets power and the fuses aren't blown, will not turn on. Disappointed because it is a very specific shape and the hole is not easily covered by another model."

    "I can't believe this unit has so many 5-star ratings. I suppose many buyers are just happy it powers on, connects to their phone, and makes music ‚Äî but that's like someone selling you a dozen eggs and only giving you four. Would you give them five stars? This unit is massively overhyped in terms of output. It's advertised as 150W x 2 (300W total), but the power and ground wires are 18 AWG ‚Äî which are only rated for about 10 amps, or ~120 watts. That alone tells you this amp can't deliver anything close to the claimed wattage. Even worse, the speaker output wires are the same gauge as the power cables. In any quality audio setup, speaker wires should be significantly thinner gauge (i. e. , heavier duty) than the power wire to safely deliver high power. If you were to hook up a wattmeter to the output channels, I'd bet you'd see a peak around 50–60 watts, far from the 150W/channel being sold. This unit is misleadingly marketed and will be going back."

    Rubbish and not water resistant

    "This thing stopped working after about a month. I didn't really have time to check it out but it's been in the dash of the boat since, not working. Today I decided to pop it out. After it was out I kept noticing water droplets here and there. Then I shook the unit and heard sloshing. I popped it open and yes, it was about 60% full of water. Hard to believe they'd sell this for boats but they do and I bought it, bad me. Buy it at your peril. This addition is three days after, I poured the water out and let the unit dry, the accompanying video shows that it looked like inside. I have two other Pyle products that are working beautifully so I'm not just trying to be a bad guy here. This one simply sucks"

    Weird controls

    "The song skip and volume are backwards from how they should be. You have to hold down the arrow button to town the volume up so it just takes off wide open. There is no gradual sound increase and it's very hard to try and slightly turn up the volume without changing the song because to change songs it's just 1 push. It's just not very intuitivefrom every other radio I've ever used. And it will only run on 12v. It's not like the Bluetooth modules people are putting in these boxes now where you can use an battery like m18 or 20v Dewalt. This have a wider range. Like 6-36v This won't run those. Only 12v"

    Made in China junk and ZERO customer service

    "I have ordered two of these in a row. First one would no power up at all. Emailed customer service, nothing back from them yet. Returned and ordered a second one. Powered up just find but no sound from speaker wires. Did multiple tests with multiple sources and speakers and just no luck at all . Tried customer service again and nothing. I have returned the second unit as well. To this day I still have not heard back from Pyle customer service. I have emailed them 5 times."
