Is the 1/4’’ SpeakOn (8 Ohm) Input a TRS input? That is, is it stereo or just mono? I have a direct box with two 1/4" line outputs and I want to know if an adapter for the Pyle line input should have an output that is TS (mono) or TRS (stereo).

How can I pair the Speakers with my phone ? It is t showing under my Bluetooth .

No, this system needs a direct power source and doesn’t have a built-in rechargeable battery.
How long of a speaker cord will work between the two speakers?
You can use a speaker cord up to about 25 feet between the two PPHP849KT speakers. A shorter cord will give you the best sound quality.
I just setup my new speakers with the microphone and one speaker is not working. I have made sure the connecting cable is pushed in all the way on both speakers. Is there something else I should be trying?
Since the PPHP849KT is an active-and-passive combo kit, all of the internal power and controls live inside the main active master speaker. The second, silent speaker is a completely passive cabinet that relies entirely on the master speaker to send it a boosted audio signal through that connecting cable.
My speakers won't play. They are connected to my Bluetooth and the remote even changes songs on my phone etc. But I can't get any sound at all. Any suggestions?
If your PPHP849KT connects to Bluetooth (and even controls your phone) but produces no sound at all, that usually means the Bluetooth connection is fine but the audio output path is muted, misrouted, or the amplifier section isn’t passing signal correctly.
Do I have to connect the main speaker to the 2nd one with the quarter inch plug cable?
Yes — for the PPHP849KT, you do need to connect the two speakers together using the included ¼-inch speaker cable.

Just got the pphp1249kt but when trying to pair bluetooth, nothing ever shows up to connect to. I have tried it on several phones. Am I missing something or is there a problem with the unit?
Make sure that the speaker is on Bluetooth Mode or BT before pairing the device

I can't get the remote control to work. I put in a new 2025 button battery (plus side up), aimed it directly at the ir receiver just 6 inches away, but it still does not function. Thank you for suggestions/guidance.

The PPHP849KT does not come with a subwoofer, but you can connect one to the speaker output port on the back panel of the active speaker.
You can use any subwoofer that has a 1/4'' SpeakOn input and an impedance of 8 ohms or higher.
You can also use another non-powered speaker with the PPHP849KT, as long as it has a 1/4'' SpeakOn input and an impedance of 8 ohms.. You can connect it to the speaker output port on the back panel of the passive speaker.
