"I've had this bath tray for 6 months and I noticed when I stretched it out to use it there was black mold on the inside, it's never been in sitting water, I'm very careful about water even getting on it. So I emailed the actual company that makes it. They emailed me back wanting proof of where I bought it from, and pictures which I provided. Then they wanted more info, which again I provided. Finally after going back and forth they said they would replace it, but I would need to pay to send the moldy one back. First, I told them I didn't want the same one, I didn't want the same thing happening. But that was there only resolution. Second, why should I have to pay for shipping to send it back? I definitely would not recommend this product at all."
