    • What is the emf rating for this sauna?

      EMF rating is not specified in our documentation

    • Can I use this sauna in a cold garage?

      The unit might not be that effective in the cold area

    • Is it low EMF? What are the numbers?

    • I just tried this sauna for the first time. And after about 10-15 minutes the unit on the back started beeping. Why? The sauna hadn't reached its max heat yet.

      The beeping sound indicates that the unit has reached the set temperature and time, and will automatically turn off. You can press any button on the front panel or the remote control to stop the beeping and resume the sauna function.

    • Can the external surrounding part of the unit be washed in a washing machine? Not any of the wiring components but the external shell?

      It is not recommended to wash it in a washing machine, as this may damage the fabric or the infrared materials inside.

    • Is this near infrared or far infrared?

      Near infrared

    • Can you purchase a replacement chair as sold with the portable infrared sauna?

      The chair is currently out of stock.

    Defective unit, need a replacement

    "Ordered from on Fri received on Wed and attempted to set up on Fri night. Read through all of the instructions and setup was easy peasy. HOWEVER, I could not for the life of me get the unit to come on. I checked all wiring, connections and controller and everything appeared to be in correct order. I will have to return this and request a new one. I am SO EAGER to try this sauna."

    "Product works as promised, happy customer so far. 1 star taken off for poorly written instructions - the pictures were confusing. Also, not to sound like a snob - not looking for perfect English, but it is hard to grasp the meaning of some sentences at times. I had to go to youtube and watch someone assembling the unit. The heat is strong, and i am not even using the highest setting."
