Terrible customer service, support and product
"This has been literally the worst experience I have ever had buying a product. The item arrived with a broken latch and I asked for a replacement part, they did not have this and offered to return and refund my money. I sent it back and waited MONTHS for a refund with back and forth communication saying it was sent when it wasn't. They finally told me they couldn't refund me and would send me a new unit, which I did not want since I already purchased a new one somewhere else. The new one arrived and it was damaged. I again asked for a refund instead of a replacement but was told since it was outside of 30 days, they could only replace it. Even though the original contact was well within 30 days. I will never buy from this compnay again and will advise everyone to do the same."
