I just received this product and am trying to get it to connect to my wifi. I have the receiver in "blue" mode but am not seeing pyleusa show up as a choice to pair to. Why is this?

after selecting Blue on the mode try to press the Play button an see if the pairing mode start

This unit is not compatible with Roku
the remote does not control volume

The remote control for this unit only works on selected modes like Bluetooth, FM Radio, and USB/SD other modes are manually controlled
How do I tune FM stations with the my PTA44BT?

Set the selector knob on the far right of the receiver to MP3. Once you have done that, press the mode button to select FM, and then you can press the play pause button to scan all radio stations. Once you have done scanning you can now search using the NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons to locate the station you want to listen to but you can not assign your favorite station
I was listening to unit on Bluetooth last night sounded great then I fell asleep when I woke a few hours later it had lost the sound and now I can’t seem to get the sound to come back even in fm mode. I checked the speakers and they work fine, speakers are klipsch AW650’s 4 of them and haven’t had this problem since hooking them up few months back.

I selected BLUE (using the mode button), paired my phone with PYLEUSA, and get no audio. All of the physical inputs work just fine, but no audio via bluetooth. Any suggestions?

I am having trouble getting any sound from the receiver. I connected my phone bluetooth and played some YouTube videos while using headphones in the aux jack on the receiver still now sound

There is no option to plug a headphone through this unit.
I set up this to work with my home’s surround sound speakers. I got them hooked up and working, but the volume control buttons on the remote don’t seem to work. The receiver has numbers that go from 0 to 30, but the level of sound does not change at all. Turning the dial by hand works fine, but that requires someone stand every time they want to adjust the tv volume. How do you get the remote to work?

Regarding the remote of the PTA44BT, it only works if it is in line of sight and another reason why it's not working on your TV is that the remote is programmed only to work with FM Radio, Bluetooth, and MP3. Doesn't programmed for the AUX.
how do I disconnect a bluetooth device without the device? I cannot connect another device if it was connected previously to one. I no longer have the device it was connected to snd I need to resent the reviver somehow to connect to my new device.

If the device is no longer present within the vicinity where the receiver is. You should be able to connect to the new device with no problem.

What is the Bluetooth antenna input connector type, what does it look like? Can you provide a picture of the rear of the receiver?

At the back of the unit, it has a CD and a DVD RCA input jack Left and Right. The unit receives a stereo input and combines it together and send it out in MONO, distributing signal to all 4 channels and each channel has a parallel terminal for another speaker connection. This unit is not ready for Smart TV's with digital output signals

I bought your PCAU46BA 2x120w amp to use with a TIC GS3 8" outdoor speaker, but it sounded like shit. At first I thought it was the speaker so I hooked up the amp to my center speaker of my surround sound and it sounded like shit too so I connected the TIC to the center channel of my Denon A/V receiver and it sounded great. I don't know if I got a bad one or what, but I still need an amp with Bluetooth. Do you recommend this amp and will it work with up to four of those TIC GS3 speakers? Also what is the range of the Bluetooth?

I bought a used unit. I plug it in and lights on front come on when power button is pushed except the actual power on light.....I can connect to BT.. connected 2 bose 301 shelf speakers. I have no sound I don't have fm antanna ....any suggestions..there is no fuse in the back panel.

If you are not getting any sound on any modes you may need to send the unit for repair
