  • Hello, My Pyle USA pucwm22 portable washer is having problems keeping water in the basin. Even if I have switched it from drain to wash, the water goes right through to the water exit hose. I can use the washer if I pull the hose up to the hook on the unit which prevents the water from being able to exit. However, I only did this once to rinse the items I had loaded into the washer basin before realizing that there was an issue. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks, Tina

  • Hello, I have the plye portable washer and it isn't working right. I have used it about 2 or 3 times and put it away for a few months.   • Is it possible to get replacement knobs?

    A replacement knob is not available but you can look it up on Amazon. Simply type washer knob replacement

  • What exactly is supposed to connect to the water in hose. Its not long enough to reach a sink, nothing in a house fits that end to put water into the hose. I would love to set it up to just turn on the water souce but i have to stand there pouring buckets of water in. Whats the point of that tiny brittle tube/hose?

  • Hi, How to unclog this washing machine? I have it for years and now the washing part does not drain water. I tried to unscrew the 2 little screw and unclog it with a manual sink unclogger (plastic drain snake) but it does not work (it bends and does not enter in the drain). I tried also to use some unclogging product but it is not useful. Please help. Thank you

  • I bought this machine about a year ago. The hose is leaking. Where do I buy a hose and how do I change it?     Water inlet hose is not included. it is sold separately.

    The unit is a Floor standing machine. We don't advise using a stand as the washer sometimes moves while washing or drying clothes. It may fall off the stand if it is not secured.
