    • Can I take the feet off this rack to help it sit better in my drive rack?

      Yes you may

    • I wanted to let you know that there is a huge flaw in the design of this product. The connections at the plug are EXTREMELY fragile along with the rubber casing. I had mine for less that a week when one of the wires and the rubber casing split. I was going to repair it but I sent it back. Maybe have a look at this before you lose anymore customers. I had a complaint from Amazon about the condition I returned it in - I am now passing on my complaint to you on how substandard this product is.

    • does it need to read 120+V before it will power up the back plugs?

      For better voltage accuracy we recommend to use a Voltage Regulator Stabilizer

    • Does this actually sequence the power up by bringing up one outlet at a time ?

      Yes, it does

    • Can this be linked to additional units for sequencing?

      No the there is no port to have it linked

    • Can you dim the front panel led?

      There is no dimmer control

    • the 5 volt outlet does not work, any suggestions?

      There is no settings required for the USB to work. It may be damaged or defective

    • Can you explain how this is 13Amp / 2000W? 13A x 120V = 1560W...
