  • Can I take the feet off this rack to help it sit better in my drive rack?

  • I wanted to let you know that there is a huge flaw in the design of this product. The connections at the plug are EXTREMELY fragile along with the rubber casing. I had mine for less that a week when one of the wires and the rubber casing split. I was going to repair it but I sent it back. Maybe have a look at this before you lose anymore customers. I had a complaint from Amazon about the condition I returned it in - I am now passing on my complaint to you on how substandard this product is.
