QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Is there a way to reset speakers or something? I can't connect to them recently. I was using them with Alexa, then I'm not sure what happened, but they now come up in search, but can't connect. To any device, not only Alexa. Any ideas as to how to fix it? Thanks.
Try to clear all Bluetooth history and re connect again

Can I hardwire these without using the adapter?
You can run a 12 volts DC line from a remote location in your house.
Use this power supply for running a long wire to the speaker controller

I got these speakers and installed them but now my neighbor is connecting to my speakers at night and plays stuff.how do I change the password for the Bluetooth? Also your manual link to this product is a dead link
The unit does not have an option for a password. What you can do is to put a switch on the power line of the speaker so you can turn it off when not in use.
