I got these speakers and installed them but now my neighbor is connecting to my speakers at night and plays stuff.how do I change the password for the Bluetooth? Also your manual link to this product is a dead link
The unit does not have an option for a password. What you can do is to put a switch on the power line of the speaker so you can turn it off when not in use.

Planning to install this in a bathroom, but I believe I only need one speaker to listen to news/music. Do I need to install both speakers or can only one be installed for proper operation?

We purchased a two speaker set of the PDICBT552RD speakers, hooked everything up as instructed, double checked the connections, but there is no sound coming from them regardless of the devices we’ve paired them with by Bluetooth. I tried multiple times to pair, unpair (“forget this device”), pair again on three devices (iphone, two separate ipods, making sure to unpair from the other devices), even when connected via hardline aux-in it didn’t produce any sound. (Fortunately I tested them before installing them into the ceiling).
Has the both set are having the same issue?

Has been working great. This morning no sound through the speakers, but you can hear the Bluetooth Connection
Please do check the connection made with the unit, and all the wires used.
Also, adjust the volume from the device connected to the unit.

We want to put the PDICBT552RD in the metal framed wall in a doctor's office. What is the depth of the speaker? The cut out dimension/depth says 6.5 but that would to fit into a wall. Please let me know if that is correct. Thanks!
