Currently on OSX 12.4 when I connect the mixer it shows up as "KT-08-UP" and I get a signal to my DAW but it is only Mono. Is there a way to get stereo?
It is one Track Mono for PC recording.

Can you elaborate the connection between effect pedal, guitar amp and mixer together. I tried using the Aux send and return but can't figure out how to connect all the three devices together. Thank you again.
The guitar goes into the effects pedal and the output of the guitar pedals go's into the mixer 1&2 input or the 3&4 line inputs

I have a Sennheiser e815s microphone connected via XLR cable to the PMXU43BT mixer. I have checked settings in mu Windows PC to make sure that the mixer is recognized and selected in the sound settings for the microphone input. The phantom power button is pressed down and no sound is being transmitted through the microphone. I have tried everything I can think of and even tried using different microphones. Need help with this.
Only Condenser microphones are the primary kind that requires +48V phantom power to operate the active circuitry inside. Cardioid Dynamic mic does not require Phantom power. Have the Gain setting at 11 O'Clock all EQ at 12 O'Clock and the Master Slide control at (0) zero db or we Unity Gain Level. Then slowly bring up the Microphone Input level to a desire output level
