  • Currently on OSX 12.4 when I connect the mixer it shows up as "KT-08-UP" and I get a signal to my DAW but it is only Mono. Is there a way to get stereo?

    It is one Track Mono for PC recording.

    The guitar goes into the effects pedal  and the output of the guitar pedals go's into the mixer 1&2 input or the 3&4 line inputs

  • I have a Sennheiser e815s microphone connected via XLR cable to the PMXU43BT mixer. I have checked settings in mu Windows PC to make sure that the mixer is recognized and selected in the sound settings for the microphone input. The phantom power button is pressed down and no sound is being transmitted through the microphone. I have tried everything I can think of and even tried using different microphones. Need help with this.

    Only Condenser microphones are the primary kind that requires +48V phantom power to operate the active circuitry inside. Cardioid Dynamic mic does not require Phantom power. Have the Gain setting at 11 O'Clock all EQ at 12 O'Clock and the Master Slide control at (0) zero db or we Unity Gain Level. Then slowly bring up the Microphone Input level to a desire output level

  • I have a PMXU43BT that we use for Zoom connection. I connected the USB cable to a new HP Laptop running Windows 11. The sound settings show the speaker and microphone connected to USBAudio2.0. The Zoom audio settings were set the same. However, the audio from the Pyle mixer was not going to the Zoom application and no sound was sent to the Zoom participants. The selector button for 3/4 or USB was down for USB. I changed Zoom to same as system and still got the same results. If a Zoom participant spoke the sound came to the mixer and into the room. I could get sound to the Zoom participants by switching the Zoom audio to a webcam I had connected to the computer. We have a Phenyx PTU-71 as the input to the mixer. My question is the HP has USB 3.0 connections and the mixer has a USB 2.0 connector. I don't know what the cable supplied with the mixer is, USB 3.0 or USB 2.0? On one computer USB port the mixer doesn't recognize the computer and shows BT. Does the HP computer need a driver? Do I need a USB 3.0 cable between the mixer and computer?

    The USB cable supplied is a regular USB 2.0 Male to Male Type A to Type A Cable You can also use a USB 3.0 Male to Male Type A to Type A Cable.

  • What are the 16 DSP programs?

    They are 16 different Reverb / Delay settings. The higher the number it goes the stronger Reverb / Delay.

  • it tells in the manual that you can select the REC state by the ''mode'' key but there is no REC state. Also, when I plug it in to my computer, nothing happens, no connection. My computer is a Dell. Thanks

    When connecting the device to your computer, go to the audio settings then Sounds, on the dropdown menu select pyle as an external sound card and set it as default. exit setting and check if it is in sync with your DAW

  • Why is only the right channel lighting up when I speak into a mic connected to either XLR input?

    It is not normal if only one channel receives signal since the unit does not have a PAN control. Please get intouch with customer service
