When did the pure clean line come out, what year?

Hello, My Pyle USA pucwm22 portable washer is having problems keeping water in the basin. Even if I have switched it from drain to wash, the water goes right through to the water exit hose. I can use the washer if I pull the hose up to the hook on the unit which prevents the water from being able to exit. However, I only did this once to rinse the items I had loaded into the washer basin before realizing that there was an issue. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks, Tina

Hello, I have the plye portable washer and it isn't working right. I have used it about 2 or 3 times and put it away for a few months. I tried to use it today and all I got was a slight little buzz noise. Do you have any idea what this might be and is it fixable? Thank you in advance for your response. Is it possible to get replacement knobs?

What exactly is supposed to connect to the water in hose. Its not long enough to reach a sink, nothing in a house fits that end to put water into the hose. I would love to set it up to just turn on the water souce but i have to stand there pouring buckets of water in. Whats the point of that tiny brittle tube/hose?

The filter is located inside the wash tub, near the bottom.

The dryer side is not spinning

The dryer side is overloaded or unbalanced. You should not put more than 3.3 lbs of clothes in the dryer side, and you should distribute them evenly in the basket. You can try to reduce the load or rearrange the clothes and see if the dryer side spins.

I have your Pio mini washer stopped agitating, but if I stick my hand in air, it will spin. What do I need to fix it? It’s not the belt. I already checked that the belt is fine and like I said when I put my hand in there and turn it it will agitate.

I bought this machine about a year ago. The hose is leaking. Where do I buy a hose and how do I change it? I tried to do this on my own it's impossible to take the hose out and to put a brand new hose underneath the machine. Sadly I think this is the way it's made and the company is going to tell me to go and buy a new one. Which is absolutely pathetic and sad if that's the answer!! Yes you can change drain hose by yourself, Open the back cover,find the drain hose and change it.

Hello, We have purchased this machine but notice there is no lint-catcher. Is there some place in the washer side we are supposed to unscrew to remove any lint accumulation? We do see some easy-access screws at the bottom of the washer side? Might these be where we should go to remove lint? Thank you.

I know nothing about extension cords and read several articles but prefer to hear from the manufacturer what your recommendations are, to be the most accurate. 2) Does this model come with a water inlet hose in addition to the drain hose, or must I use the drain hose for water inlet as well? (assuming it's removable) 3) Must I use this model on a stand in the shower stall or bathtub, or may I stand it in the shower stall without a stand? 4) Should I choose to use a stand to make it higher for me, may I place it on a stand? The unit is a Floor standing machine. We don't advise using a stand as the washer sometimes moves while washing or drying clothes. It may fall off the stand if it is not secured.
