    The drain hose is attached. It's gravity drain so you'll need to have the unit on an elevated surface to drain. There is no lint filter as this is only a spin dryer. This means it will spin the water out but you'll need to hang them to dry or use a dryer. It does get a LOT of water out though and hanging them doesn't take but an hour or so to dry depending on the temperature.
    The WASH POWER is 250W and the SPIN POWER is 120W.
    Our parts department will contact you regarding your parts request.
    Shipping and repairing the washer may cost like buying a new one. In order to get this fixed the washer needs to be shipped to us and repair and then ship it back to you.
    They did not mention the exact water capacity but on the inside part of the washer you will find the marker for the minimum and maximum water level. The product is very safe to use and it has a drain pipe for draining water from the washer tub and the spin dry. Just make sure to lay the hose down to the ground when washing and drying.
    We don't have the extension hose but you can try looking at AMAZON.

    • Hello, My Pyle USA pucwm22 portable washer is having problems keeping water in the basin. Even if I have switched it from drain to wash, the water goes right through to the water exit hose. I can use the washer if I pull the hose up to the hook on the unit which prevents the water from being able to exit. However, I only did this once to rinse the items I had loaded into the washer basin before realizing that there was an issue. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks, Tina

    • I bought this machine about a year ago. The hose is leaking. Where do I buy a hose and how do I change it? I tried to do this on my own it's impossible to take the hose out and to put a brand new hose underneath the machine. Sadly I think this is the way it's made and the company is going to tell me to go and buy a new one. Which is absolutely pathetic and sad if that's the answer!! I spend a lot of money and I have used it probably less than a year. Please advise.. I bought this at Walmart and I have spent a lot of time with them and they keep telling me to go to Pyle.

      Yes you can change drain hose by yourself, Open the back cover,find the drain hose and change it.

    • Hello, We have purchased this machine but notice there is no lint-catcher. Is there some place in the washer side we are supposed to unscrew to remove any lint accumulation?       You may use an extension cord. No problem regards to the length of the extension cord. See example link below

      Water inlet hose is not included. it is sold separately.

      The unit is a Floor standing machine. We don't advise using a stand as the washer sometimes moves while washing or drying clothes. It may fall off the stand if it is not secured.
