I'm looking for a motorized attachment to turn the platter automatically
"If you use a 1lb bottle instead of a larger tank make sure it stands upright not horizontal. Liquid propane will flow thru the regular and cause it to freeze and choke off gas flow. The external cover still gets plenty hot enough to cause serious burns if you forget and touch it. I Use a gas sniffer tool to check for gas leaks. I don't stick the face up close to the front opening when lighting so I don't get a blast of hot air in your face. Initial start has to be done with a long neck lighter or the included match holder because it won't start a cold oven by the built-in knob controlled sparker . Hot oven easier to start by the knob controlled sparker . It has uneven baking even using the rotation platter, its better at roasting then baking. You have to check it constantly because it will singe the edges at the 2 sides closest to the flame ,easy to ruin a meal. To keep from setting the pizza on fire because it's so close to the flame i have to turn the gas off completely before trying to remove the pizza. Since I use a cast iron pan with cast iron lids I do several pizzas each cooking session . That iron holds a lot of heat for a longggg time ! I cook several pizzas and eat one and store the rest in the freezer already cooked. I just thaw them , warm them up and eat. This saves a lot of fuel and makes better use of heat and time that would otherwise be wasted by only cooking one at a time."

Bakes the Best Crusts!
"This thing has changed the way we make pizza and I love it. I've never looked more forward to cooking outside than I do now, since we've gotten this pizza oven and the thing that I am in love with is just how the crust comes out, no matter what kind of crust that we do. Thin, thick stuffed. It just is amazing. I could just eat plain baked crust out of this thing. Surprisingly easy to clean and we've had no issues with its operation. Love. love. Love the crust that comes out of this pizza oven."

Good little pizza oven
"I really like this pizza oven. The lighting process could be better. The gas button is on the back so it's a little difficult to see where your match is in the front. If you are using homemade dough, put it in your kitchen oven for about 5 minutes. Then take it out and put your pizza sauce and toppings on. This will help it slide off the pizza peel easier. This oven makes a very good pizza in about 2 minutes. Ohh and make 6 inch pizzas they are much easier."

Pizza!
"This pizza oven heats up quickly and makes a nice crisp crust. The rotating stone really helps cook evenly. It's become a fun weekend activity for us. We've tried several recipes already and everything turns out delicious. The adjustable heat makes a big difference, and clean-up is straightforward. Glad we chose this model."

Amazing Pizza Oven
"I really love my new pizza oven. It has replaced my BBQ and I couldn't be happier. It's so easy to use. I think the handle to turn the pizza stone inside is the best idea ever. I've used other pizza ovens before and it's such a pain to keep turning the pizza. It heats up so quickly and makes restaurant quality pizza. It also is the perfect size for personal pies and I love letting the guests pick their own toppings."

Disappointed
"Disappointed. Only heats to 450. Recipe book uses precooked cooked cooked cooked pizza crusts. Not what I wanted"
