Uneven heat distribution with non-rotating model
"I have bought the one without rotating stone - don't buy this version! While the oven heats up quickly, the stone has very uneven heat distribution. 770 at the max to 500 at the lowest. While the pizza is ready to be turned on the one side, the dough is not baked enough to be turned on the other. Turning the heat to low right after launching the pizza helps, but in the end you can't do a 12"" pizza like that. The safe way is a 10"" pizza. Long story short, it gets hot but too uneven. Small pizzas only."
