    • Are there any available alternate rack mount brackets that can be installed on the side of the unit, as the standard installed brackets are too wide for a standard 19” rack?

      We currently do not have an alternate rack-mount brackets

    • I purchased this item through Amazon. The rack mounts on it do not fit a standard rack. The mounts are to wide. Can the mounts be swapped out or do i need to send this back to Amazon??

    • I purchased this unit expecting to be able to have some outlets switched and at least some non-switched based on the description of the unit having half-hot/switched AC outlet. All seem to be switched. Can you please clarify how to make use of the half-hot functionality?
