    There are cases we encounter incompatibility with Echo Dot but this unit uses a 5.0 Version of Bluetooth it should still be in the range of compatibility.

    Note: Bluetooth of this device is only a receiver

  • How can I tune to individual stations on this tuner? I only see the ability for it to scan channels and the channels I need are not in that scan.

    There is no manual scan option for this unit

    PDA69BU is an Analog amplifier and does not have DAC

  • What is the RMS for 4 ohm speakers on the PDA69BU? Are there any changes that need to be made if switching from 8 ohm to 4ohm? Adding more speakers to the channels in parallel.

    The unit is not a preamp, it doesn't need to connect it another amplifier.

  • I just purchased a Tribit XSound Go Portable Wireless Speaker to go with your Pyle PDA69BU Compact Wireless BT Stereo Amplifier. I can not get your Amp to connect to the Tribit XSound, their website says the Tribit is compatible with BT 5.0 SBC CODEC (not AAC or Apt X). I have no idea what this means. Is your Amp compatible with this product, and what are your BT Specs?

  • When it connects and disconnects with bluetooth, it emits rather loud set of tones through the speakers. Is there any way to either turn The tones off or lower their volume?

    No, there is no option to turn that tone volume to low or turn it off.

    If the unit is purchased within the 30days, it can be replaced through the seller or on us directly subject if we have the stocks and it may take 2weeks before we can have it replaced.

    If the unit is within 1-year from the date it was purchased, we can have the unit sent to us for repair.

  • Hi, it says that it support upto "RMS Power Output: 300 Watt x 2 @ 8 Ohm" ... so I can connect 2 x 300W speakers? or do I need 2 x 150W speakers? Also, can I use 4 ohm speakers? Any speakers you can suggest?

  • I have connected the PDA69BU to my computer using an audio cable connected to the headphone connection on the computer and auxiliary connection on the amplifier. The only mode that I can get to play through the speaker is FM. How many modes is supposed to display on the LED screen? On my device the mode button only cycles through FM and the word Blue which flashes on and off. I would like to set the amplifier up so that the audio from the computer goes through the amplifier and then out to the speakers but I am having difficulty making that set up to work.

    At the far right corner of the unit, select the AUX and press the mode button to locate the AUX since you are using audio cable connected to the headphone connection which is a 3.5mm jack.

  • How do I get the sound to play from my older model Samsung flat screen tv , I have the audio plugged in on the back of tv then to auxiliary on the receiver

    If using AUX, place the input selector knob to AUX.
