  • I've purchased 10 of these for meetings. Three of them are showing issues with power. The green light will turn on when i put in a battery. It will not turn off when pushing the button. It will no longer receive voices either. This is happening to all three. Wondering if there is a manufacturer defect on this or not. Any information will be helpful.

  • What connection is the bottom of the mic? XLR? What is the connection on the back of the base? I can't tell by the pics or manual

    If the connector on the bottom of the mic is the same as what's on the back of the base then that is a Male XLR.
