I've purchased 10 of these for meetings. Three of them are showing issues with power. The green light will turn on when i put in a battery. It will not turn off when pushing the button. It will no longer receive voices either. This is happening to all three. Wondering if there is a manufacturer defect on this or not. Any information will be helpful.

What connection is the bottom of the mic? XLR? What is the connection on the back of the base? I can't tell by the pics or manual
If the connector on the bottom of the mic is the same as what's on the back of the base then that is a Male XLR.

Hello... I purchased a Table Top Mounted Conference Microphone PDMIKC5 from Amazon and received the system Saturday (04/11/2020). I would like to use the system on my Dell laptop computer for work-related conference calls. The computer has a small 1/8" connection and the PDMIKC5 came with a 1/4" two-ring male plug. Hallo, wir haben für eine Praxis das PDMIKC5 gekauft. Nach ca. 2 Monaten Gebrauch brennt die grüne Kontrolllampe nicht mehr. Sonst funktioniert das Micro noch.
