Is there an option to purchase a replacement receiver? It was dropped during one of my classes.

I have purchased a single PDWM1988B. I have configured the frequency for the transmitter and receiver using the "Matching Receiver and Transmitter" instructions from the manual, and this works fine. However, I have two related questions: 1) Is it possible to set the frequency manually, and if so, how do I do it? The manual does not address this. 2) If I want to add more transmitter/receiver pairs, how would I set the frequency for each pair so that they do not interfere with each other? The section from the manual entitled "Configuration of Multiple Systems" does not answer this question.
There is no instruction found for manual setup.
There is also no available information if the frequency can be selected manually so that t will not interfere with other wireless microphone systems. -
Do I need anything else besides what's in the Box to use this product

Does Pyle make a wireless system that uses a regular power cord and not a USB?
We currently limited in the availability of other models of wireless microphone but for this model using the USB cable you can use a power brick

I need to return this system that I received on 09/16/22 because I cannot use it. It has a usb power cord and our church mixer does not have a usb slot. The order # was PL-46523 and the ticket # I was given is #660133
