    • The device does make a noise anymore to say it’s on

      If the PDWRBT36RD speakers no longer make the startup beep or voice prompt, it usually means the internal amplifier is frozen, or the power supply isn't delivering enough juice.

      Try this quick reset:

      1. Hard Reset: Unplug the power adapter from the wall for 3 full minutes to drain the internal capacitors, then plug it back in.

      2. Check the Adapter: Make sure you are using the original 12V power supply that came with the speakers. A lower voltage adapter might light up the LED but won't have enough power to activate the amplifier chip and play the startup tone.

      3. Test the Audio: Try pairing your phone via Bluetooth and playing a song. If the music plays fine, only the built-in notification sound chip has failed, and the speakers are otherwise working.
